Choose the mobile method for your device#
On Android, the documented path is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Open the mobile service in a supported browser, use Install app or Add to Home Screen, and launch it later from the icon. There is no separate Android package to download in this flow.
On iPhone and iPad, the browser setup starts in Safari: open Share, choose Add to Home Screen, and confirm the shortcut. A separate Canadian App Store listing provides another option. Its compatibility, version, and download size can change, so the listing on the device is the right place to check those details.
What is installed and how it updates#
A PWA is a saved web experience rather than a conventional Android application package. It continues to load the current mobile service through the browser engine, which removes the need to find and replace APK files manually. The Apple store version follows the update and compatibility rules shown in the App Store.
Reinstalling a PWA shortcut does not create a second account. Existing users can return through the saved icon and use the sign-in method associated with their account. New users should first confirm that account activity is available for their province or territory.
If the install option is missing#
First confirm that the page is open in the device browser rather than inside another app’s embedded browser. On Android, look in the browser menu for Install app or Add to Home Screen. On Apple devices, use Safari and its Share menu. Browser wording can differ by device and version.
Do not solve a missing install option by downloading an unfamiliar package. A page that asks you to disable device protection, accept an unknown certificate, or enter credentials before showing the destination is a reason to stop.
Complete the setup in the right order#
